Description

Mildly hot Sindhi dish of baby potatoes cooked in a freshly made garlic, tomato and coriander sauce.

Sindhis are a socio-ethnic group of people originating from Sindh, a province of modern-day Pakistan. After the 1947 partitioning of British India into India and Pakistan, many Sindhi Hindus migrated to India and brought with them, this delicious cuisine known for it’s rich and complex flavours.

Storage

Refrigerate immediately and consume within 3 days of collection.

Heating Instructions

Remove lid and microwave container on full for 2-3 mins or until the food is hot throughout.

PLA/ CPLA/ Bio-plastic lids and containers must not be heated.

  • Vegware round container hot lids made from from CPLA, a renewable material made from plants. Commercially compostable.
    • Refrigerator and freezer safe. Do not microwave.
  • Vegware clear sauce pots and lids made from PLA, a compostable plant-based substitute to standard plastic. Commercially compostable.
