Ingredients: Okra, Onion, Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves, Sunflower Oil, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Ground Mango, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Ground Coriander, Turmeric, Ground Cumin.

Note: This items is prepared in the same kitchen where mustard, sesame, nuts, gluten, milk are regularly used. All precautions have been taken to avoid cross-contamination however trace amounts of these allergens may be present in this item.

Storage

Refrigerate immediately and consume within 3 days of collection.

Heating Instructions

Remove lid and microwave container on full for 2-3 mins or until the food is hot throughout.

PLA/ CPLA/ Bio-plastic lids and containers must not be heated.

  • Vegware round container hot lids made from from CPLA, a renewable material made from plants. Commercially compostable.
    • Refrigerator and freezer safe. Do not microwave.
  • Vegware clear sauce pots and lids made from PLA, a compostable plant-based substitute to standard plastic. Commercially compostable.
    • Refrigerator and freezer safe. Do not microwave.
