My Healthy Indian Supper Club shares the joy of authentic healthy Indian food. Everything is made from scratch using fresh and natural ingredients sourced locally. The food is free from preservatives, additives and refined sugar.
This event offers you delicious Vegan Indian food with zingy flavours at a serne location in the middle of the fields. You will be seated at a communal table, sample the real flavours of India over a 3 course meal and hear about the amazing health benefits in the various ingredients in your meal!
Nimbu Pani – A non-alcoholic fresh lime drink flavoured with mint leaves, cummin and jaggery.
Sev Puri – Savoury wheat crackers (puri) with delicious toppings and 2 chutneys. This is one of the most popular street foods and a true explosion of flavours in your mouth!
Thali – A set meal which includes
Baingan Bagaara – Whole baby aubergines cooked in fresh coconut, seame and peanut paste and flavoured with temprered mustard and curry leaves.
Rich source of Potassium. Low in Fat. No added sugar.
Lemon Rice – Tangy rice flavoured with turmeric, sauted onions, roasted peanuts, curry leaves and lime juice
Fat free. No added sugar.
Carrot & Beans Poriyal – Steamed fine green beans and carrots flavoured with turmeric, spluttered mustard seeds, curry leaves and garnished with fresh grated coconut.
Tempered Cucumber salad – Shredded cucumber tempered with spluttered mustard seeds and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
Low in fat.
Coconut Chinagrass – Indian style panacotta made home made fresh coconut milk flavoured with roasted almonds, cardamom and safron.
